Protection of the privacy of persons under 16 years of age on the Internet

Lüneburg Marketing GmbH does not knowingly collect or use in any way personal data of minors (under the age of 16). As a rule, we do not know the age of the visitor to our website. However, we have not taken any specific measures to protect such data in particular.

Persons under the age of 16 may not transmit personal data without the express consent of their parents or guardians.

How we use your information

The Lüneburg Marketing GmbH collects, processes and uses all personal data arising from your visits to our website only in accordance with the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data.

We use the personal data only for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration (for example, to process enquiries or, if necessary, to use services). When collecting personal data via forms, you will be informed of the purpose of the collection and other circumstances in accordance with the provisions of Art. 13 DSGVO. The use of such data for other purposes is excluded.

Lüneburg Marketing GmbH will not pass on the personal data you provide to us to third parties without your express consent.

Your rights in the processing of your data

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether personal data relating to him or her will be processed; if this is the case, he or she shall have the right of access to such personal data and to the information specified in Art. 15 DSGVO.

The data subject has the right to ask the data controller to rectify incorrect personal data concerning him without delay and, if necessary, to complete incomplete personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO).

The data subject has the right to demand that the person responsible delete personal data relating to him or her immediately if one of the reasons specified in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to deletion).

The data subject has the right to require the controller to restrict the processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO is met, e.g. if the data subject has lodged an objection to the processing, for the duration of the controller's examination.

The data subject shall have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him for reasons relating to his particular situation. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless he can prove compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 21 DSGVO).

If you wish to exercise any of these rights and request, for example, the deletion, anonymization or modification of your personal data in our systems, please send an e-mail to datenschutz@lueneburg.info.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, any data subject shall have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data is contrary to the DSGVO (Art. 77 DSGVO). The data subject may exercise this right before a supervisory authority in the Member State of his/her place of residence, employment or presumed infringement. In Lower Saxony, the competent authority is the supervisory authority:

The State Commissioner for Data Protection Lower Saxony

Barbara Thiel
